Personal Training has long been proven to be the most beneficial way, of acheiving individual fitness results. As a fully qualified Personal Trainer, Kickboxing Instructor and Licenced Boxing Coach, I have been helping many clients achieve their varied fitness goals since 2009.
Although the industry has changed a lot in that time, my approach remains the same...offer support, knowledge and motivation, to those that who committed to changing their lives for the better.

All personal training sessions last for 1 hour, which includes a warm up and stretching at the end.
Sessions are charged per hour and not per person, allowing you to share the costs with friends.
Sessions are designed for the individuals in the class, so can allow for different levels of fitness and ability.
Personal Training from a private studio in Qawra, allows consistency and the additional benefit of privacy.
The studio is matted, with punch bags and ideal for Personal Training and Training small groups.

Working with our Nutritionist Eloise, nutrition and training packages are available for all goals including fat loss, detox and sports specific events.

Personal training online allows you access to a Personal Trainer, regardless of your location.
Online PT provides the accountability and knowledge of a Personal Trainer, coupled with the flexibility needed for a busy life.

Small Group PT
Small Group PT is a great way to train with others but receive the benefits more associated with Personal Training.
As classes are limited to 4 people maximum, you develop quicker, whilst sharing the cost with friends, work colleagues or strangers.
Classes are designed to accomodate all levels of fitness and ability in the same session.
