Personal Training has long been proven to be the most beneficial way, of acheiving individual fitness results. As a fully qualified Personal Trainer, Kickboxing Instructor and Licenced Boxing Coach, I have been helping many clients achieve their varied fitness goals since 2009.

 

Although the industry has changed a lot in that time, my approach remains the same...offer support, knowledge and motivation, to those who are committed to changing their lives for the better.

What to expect in the first session...

The first session is without a doubt the hardest, not physically but far more mentally. Most people who start with me haven't trained in years, so are understandably concerned. As it's my job and I want you to come back, it's not in my interest to make it unpleasant for you!

Although the first session will be challenging, it will be at your pace and realistic to your level of fitness...having people laying on my floor, gasping for air isn't the way I do it!

All sessions are focused on improving individual ability and fitness levels, through Boxing/Kickboxing training. Using correct technique, sessions incorporate combinations and bodyweight exercises to help you reach your goal.

As the studio is matted, outdoor shoes are not allowed but you can wear socks, go bare foot or wear boxing boots if you have them.

All equipment is provided, although it is suggested that you buy your own gloves, once you have decided you are going to continue.

Apart from that, wear loose clothes, bring water and enjoy yourself :) 

Train with a friend and share the costs...

Small Group PT is a great way to train with others but receive the benefits more associated with Personal Training.

As I charge by the hour and not person, you develop quicker, whilst sharing the cost with friends, work colleagues or strangers. 

Classes are designed to accomodate all levels of fitness and ability in the same session.

Monthly Memberships

To increase commitment and to ensure consistency, I now offer monthly memberships for Personal Training.

 

All Memberships are available to both Small Group PT and Individual Personal Training.

Membership Guidelines

All Memberships are prepaid and valid for one month, from date of first session. All remaining sessions will be booked and confirmed prior to the commencement of training.

Any changes/cancellations must have a minimum of 24 hours before the session start time. Any cancellations within 24 hours of start time, will be charged in full.

 

Any session not used within the month, cannot be carried over into the next month and will be lost.

Payments can be made in cash, bank transfer or Revolut
