Personal Training for fitness has always been my most popular option, with most wanting to learn boxing/kickboxing but without ever wanting to compete.
In the past it has been used to increase fitness and help lose weight but more recently it is proving popular with those looking to increase general wellbeing and reduce stress. Our lives tend to be full of unwanted hassles and challenges nowadays, punching and kicking something has been proving very popular in helping us through!
Fitness sessions are based more on a cardio workout than focussing on correct techniques. However you will learn correct technique to ensure that you dont get injured and to leanr a new skill.
As always sessions are designed for the individual and their goals, so are suitable for all levels of fitness.
