
Personal Training for fitness has always been my most popular option, with most wanting to learn boxing/kickboxing but without ever wanting to compete.
In the past it has been used to increase fitness and help lose weight but more recently it is proving popular with those looking to increase general wellbeing and reduce stress. Our lives tend to be full of unwanted hassles and challenges nowadays, punching and kicking something has been proving very popular in helping us through!
The personal training I offer is based on 50% Boxing and 50% cardio/toning, so to keep it simple I call them 50/50 sessions. Using basic boxing/kickboxing with body weight exercises and free weights. The sessions are bespoke and designed to help you achieve your fitness goals, so are suitable for all levels of fitness.
50/50 sessions are available at primarily at Qawra but can also be adapted for Mosta and outside in St Paul's
