
Currently the only public class that I offer...BOXHIIT combines Boxing For Fitness and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), for an all over body workout designed to increase fitness levels, confidence levels and weight loss.

The sessions are challenging but can be adjusted to suit all levels of fitness and ability. Although this is a fitness and not boxing based session, correct technique will be shown to help avoid injury and increase development.

Sessions are limited to just four people maximum, allowing you the benefits of personal training withing a group scenario.

Tuesday 9am - 10am
Thursday 9am - 10am
Saturday 9am - 10am

Sessions are €10 each and all bookings are pre booked, so are paid in advamce
